My name is Andreas Broemel, born in 1969, and I am the founder and owner of Communica headquartered in Hamburg. Apart from the management of our training company I am myself active as a trainer, coach and mediator.

While loving the variety, breadth and deepness of my tasks I am curious about people and their situations and strongly believe in the motto:

„What’s ahead of us is nothing compared to what’s inside of us“

Prior to the foundation of Communica in 2002 I had studied business administration management in Munich, gained international sales and HR experience in France and the US and had been employed as an internal trainer and coach for several years. Becoming an entrepreneur I had been trained as a mediator, as an nlp master practitioner, in suggestopedical methods, in Erickson hypnosis and as a certified DiSG® Trainer.    Moreover I am a certified professional of positive psychology and I am very impressed how valuable and supportive this model is in order to let people flourish.

During my leisure time I do lots of sports, and my biggest passion can be found in the “wrong-way” exclamation marks of our company logo: Spain!

The Communica Trainer Team is made up of a select group of professionals who bring with them many years of experience and training in a variety of fields.
They design all of the trainings and coaching individually and tailor made for you, and enjoy orientating the participants using ample practice and interacitve learning methodologies
